Contract Terms and House Rules
I. Contract provisions
The Data Protection Declaration [www.weisses-lamm.at/en/dse-booking/] applies, as do the House Rules (cf. item II) and the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) [www.weisses-lamm.at/en/agbh/] as well.
Dissentient to AGBH, the following terms are deemed to be agreed; the remaining terms of AGBH remain in force:
- Check-in can be between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.
- Check-in later than this is possible with prior agreement.
Check-out must be by 11 a.m. at the latest. - Changes and cancellations must be in writing to take effect. The same applies to booking unless the inn makes it clear by its own obvious actions that the booking has been accepted.
- Cancellation fee:
Up to one month before agreed arrival date: Free
Up to one week before agreed arrival: 20 % of the total package price
During the final week before the arrival date: 70 % of the total package price
Failing to appear (no-shows): 90 % of the total package price
Reference date for calculation of the cancellation fee is the date on which the cancellation reaches the hotel.
There is no entitlement to withdrawal from this contract under § 18, par 1, numeral 10 of the Distance Selling Act (FAGG) since this is a contract for accommodations where for fulfilment of the contract a specific time or period has been contractually stipulated by the entrepreneur.
II. House Rules
- Guests must be economical with resources (water, electricity, heating, etc.)
- Bringing along food and drink is strictly forbidden.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises. In case of violation the guest must pay a flat-rated cleaning fee of EUR 20.00.
- Open flames and candles are prohibited for reasons of fire safety.
- All hotel property (room inventory items) must be used with the utmost care for their integrity. Damages caused will, without exception, be charged.
- Breakfast is served from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Dinner for half-boarding guests is served from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. - For loss of the key card there will be a charge of EUR 20.00.
- Room doors must be locked. The guest is liable for all adverse consequences of failure to do so.
- Opening of the windows is only allowed for ventilation of the premises. Calling out, throwing things out the window, leaning out or using the window sill as a place to sit and so forth are all strictly forbidden.
- When using the eventually available W-LAN, the guests are obliged to comply with statutory regulations.
- Noise emission beyond room volume level is prohibited. Night-time quiet applies between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
- Electronic appliances brought in by guests may not be connected to the building mains. Exceptions will only be made for smaller entertainment devices like smartphones.
- All hotel premises are only available for use by guests. Third parties are only allowed access with explicit prior permission.
- In case of fire, the reception must be notified immediately and the arrangements of the evacuation plan (on room doors) must be observed precisely. The elevator may not be used in case of fire.
- No liability is assumed for loss of valuables.
- If the guest or any party attributable to him fails to observe the regulations of these House Rules, the hotel will be entitled to immediate and unilateral cancellation of the accommodations contract.
